JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hospital in eastern North Carolina is currently seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Peds Physician to join our hospitalist service to work approximately 10-12 shifts per month. Nocturnist only.
Rounding on Adult and Pediatric patients
Flexible scheduling of shifts, 8P-8A, 12-hour shifts
Work independently; on-call specialists available by phone
Expect 4-5 patients per night with an average of 3-4 Emergency Department admissions

HOSPITAL:
We are a 140+-bed community hospital, located within easy access of some of NC's best beaches.
Hospital services include acute care, outpatient surgery, emergency medicine, and intensive care. Our specialties include general surgery, internal medicine, OB-GYN, orthopedic surgery, pediatrics, and urology. Hospital outpatient services include rehabilitation, diagnostic imaging, and laboratory services.
