JOB DETAILS:
- # of Beds/# ICU Beds: 445 bed hospital with 48 ICU beds
- Open/Closed ICU: Closed
- Types of Shifts Needed Currently: Day and night coverage
- Shift hours: 7a-7p, 12a - 10p and 7p-7a
- Patient volume by shift: 150
- Admission volume by shift: 25 in a 24 hour period
- Staff on Shift:
- Day Shift: 9 MD's
- Swing Shift: 1 MD + 1 APP
- Night Shift: 1 MD
- Procedures: None
- Sub-specialty support available: No Nuclear Medicine or Rheumatology
- Who handles Codes/Rapid Response: Not Hospitalists responsibility
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 90 days from when MSO receives complete application
- Licensing: Active VA license
