Our post-acute care team is looking for an exceptional future leader to add to our established group of clinicians in the greater Kansas City area. Candidates must be board certified in family medicine or internal medicine. Experience with patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, long-term acute care facilities, or similar settings is preferred but not required.
