Required: BC/BE, ACLS, NM ACTIVE LICENSE, 3 days NM DEA, NM Substance License, Need to sign Death Certificate Form
Details: Trauma level 5 available in the facility. Supporting staff available. Accommodation recommendation Hilton Garden Inn.
