Hospitalist opening - Altoona, PA H1 Eligible Position Details
- Full-time, permanent
- Employment
- Board certified or board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physicians seeking a stable, yet dynamic hospital medicine career opportunity
- Work with a team of 22 physicians and 16 APPs
- Work schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off, 12-hour shifts, with nights covered by nocturnists
- Each physician starting census averages 16-18 adult inpatients per day
- Intensivist Service covers ICU
- No OB or peds. No procedures. Code response covered by residents.
- Breadth and depth of sub-specialists readily available for consults
