HOSPITALIST SERVICE
- 250-bed, community-based, non-profit hospital
- Average Physician Encounters: 17-18, plus 1 -2 admits
- Hospitalists run codes and rapid respond; Early or late physician responds to the page
- Open ICU (mandatory pulmonary consult)
- H1B visa eligible facility; access in-house visa specialists; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and filing services are covered
- Board-eligible or board-certified internal medicine or family medicine-trained physicians
HOSPITAL
Mercy Health – West Hospital was newly constructed in 2013 and offers a wide range of services including a birthing center, comprehensive heart care (open heart surgery, cardiac cath, etc.), oncology, women’s health, orthopedic and spine care. The state-of-the-art facility incorporates the latest developments in hospital design that have been proven to enhance the patient’s experience during a hospital visit.
