Spectrum Health Lakeland is seeking a full-time nocturnist Hospitalist to join our team in southwest Michigan.
Desire candidates who are patient-centered and team-oriented. Prefer board
eligible/board certified in internal medicine. Generous starting bonus offered for candidates
available to begin employment within 3-6 months.
The Hospitalist Team provides 24/7 inpatient coverage at Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph and
Lakeland Hospital, Niles. Block-style schedule with providers rotating seven (7) consecutive days on
followed by seven (7) days off. Shifts are from 8:00pm to 8:00am. Epic electronic health record.
Team includes adult medicine physicians and advanced practitioners. Procedures available but not
required. No intubation or vent management. Lakeland Medical Center has a closed, 18-bed ICU
and 12-bed progressive care unit with 24/7 intensivist coverage. A variety of sub-specialists
available for referrals and collaboration opportunities on patient care.
