TeamHealth is seeking a clinical medical director to lead our team at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in the Alabaster Alabama, located 20 minutes south of Birmingham. This position offers an opportunity to grow your leadership career in an amazing community hospital with a very sharp and well-trained physician staff and excellent subspecialty backup. The ideal physician candidate will show career progression, demonstrate leadership abilities, provide excellent patient care and is board certified in internal medicine. We are looking for a leader with 1-2 years experience as medical director or associate medical director. This position comes with generous clinical compensation, a director stipend, sign on bonus and relocation funds.
