- Very friendly, physician-run hospitalist group
- 8pm - 8am
- 1 physician on at night
- 4-8 admissions and cross coverage at night; handle transfers
- Nocturnists have scheduling flexibility/options
- Program covers 3 hospitals in the same immediate area
- Physicians do not cover more than one hospital in a week or typically month
- All sub-specialty support available
- 1099 setup
- Compensation is based on an hourly rate (not RVU based). $1750/shift ($145/hr)
- Malpractice is provided
- San Gabriel Valley is an excellent location east of Los Angeles
