Echo Locum Tenens, which is an affiliate of Sound Physicians, has a great Hospitalist opportunity for the right physician. This position will nestle you in the Rocky Mountains and bordered by the Continental Divide to the east, Montana offers a variety of year-round outdoor activities including hiking, camping, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, horseback riding, and fishing.
We are looking for a Hospitalist who is looking for an adventure, appreciates and respects wildlife and the outdoors, and not scared of a little winter cold. I assure you, it does warm up and when it does, the Montana backdrop will be picturesque.
What we are looking for in our Montana Hospitalist:
• To start ASAP – at least three month commitment
• Need to work a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
• 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• 15 – 18 patient encounters per shift
• Responds to codes to assigned patients
• Will send facility a list of procedures the physician is comfortable performing
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
• Board Eligible within two years out of Residency program
• Active ACLS
• Montana License and or willing to license (clean background 4 weeks for a MT license)
• Needs to be flexible
We will provide travel, lodging, malpractice insurance, and a competitive hourly wage. We will also reimburse provider Licensure fees if physician commits to three months of work.
