Palliative and Hospice Physician Fairfield CA

Opportunity for a Hospice and Palliative care physician to practice in highly regarded medical group in Northern California, located between San Francisco and Sacramento and 30 minutes from the Napa wine country. In this role, the physician will assume leadership of the inpatient consultative service which covers two hospitals. Candidate will also work with the cancer center in the development of an outpatient palliative care service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Fellowship Trained in Hospice and Palliative Care
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Palliative Care/Hospice
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
