Supportive Care Services Medical Director - Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine

Seeking an exeperienced physician to provide inpatient consult service and oversee expansion into ambulatory setting. Ideal candidate will possess enthusiasm for continuum-based approach and program development. Excellent opportunity to work with an aging population in a mid-sized hospital.

  • Team consists of: NP, chaplain, RN/social worker/patient navigator

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (inpatient consults)
