A leading academic medical center in the Greater Boston area is seeking a BC/BE Palliative Care Physician to join an interdisciplinary Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine.
Position Highlights:
- Provide inpatient and outpatient palliative care consultation services
- Collaborate with a highly integrated interdisciplinary care team
- Promote high-quality care transitions and continuity of care
- Join an academic program affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School
- Participate in an ACGME-accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship
