We are seeking a compassionate Palliative Care Physician to join a well-established healthcare setting in Klamath Falls, OR. This role focuses on improving quality of life for patients with serious or chronic illnesses through symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and coordinated interdisciplinary support.

• Manage pain, symptoms, and complex medical needs
• Lead goals-of-care discussions and advance care planning conversations
• Support patients and families with treatment decisions and care transitions
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, nursing, case management, and hospice teams
• Provide inpatient consults and outpatient follow-up as needed
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and quality standards
• Promote patient-centered, compassionate care delivery
Qualifications
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty
• Fellowship training in Palliative Care preferred
• Active Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA License required
• BLS Certification required
• Strong communication and family-centered care skills
Working Hours
• Day shift with inpatient and/or outpatient consult coverage
• Minimal or shared call depending on program needs
