Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive palliative care for patients with chronic and life-limiting conditions 🩺
• Manage pain and other distressing symptoms effectively
• Develop individualized care plans aligned with patient goals
• Support patients and families with counseling and care decisions ❤️
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care 🤝
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
• MD/DO with board certification/eligibility in Palliative Care, Internal Medicine, or related field
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Strong clinical and patient management skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
