Locums | Hospice and Palliative Medicine | Clinic + Call | Portland, OR Why This Role

  • Fully remote telehealth role with weekday schedule
  • Long-term coverage need with uncapped, competitive rates
  • Shared call model with advanced practice support
Assignment Details Start date March 9, 2026 Ongoing assignment One provider requested Monday through Friday, 8:00a–5:00p Weeknight call 4–6 nights per month Approximately one weekend of call per month Shared call coverage across regional teams Clinical Details Telehealth hospice and palliative care coverage Adult hospice patient population Average census approximately 350 shared patients Call includes admissions, symptom management, crisis visits, GIP admits, IDT participation, consultations, and CTIs Advanced practice provider support available during some call periods EMR is Epic Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred Family Medicine or Internal Medicine accepted with significant hospice experience Active Oregon medical license and Oregon DEA required Active Washington medical license or IMLC and Washington DEA required BLS required Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
