Join an outpatient hospice care facility offering locum tenens opportunities for physicians. Enjoy a flexible schedule with the chance to provide telehealth coverage, alongside call duties 4-6 nights a month, plus approximately one weekend a month. This role requires an active OR and WA license, including DEA certifications for both states. You will be part of a dedicated team managing 350 patients shared among providers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate hospice care through telehealth.
  • Manage call responsibilities, including admissions and crisis visits.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and consultations.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification or Eligibility within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with emphasis or experience in Hospice care.
  • Active OR and WA licenses and DEA certifications.
  • BLS certification required.

Working Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • On-call 4-6 nights a month and approximately 1 weekend a month
