Details:
- We are looking for one full-time provider to provide telehealth coverage in Portland.
- The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (lunch may be taken when able during this time).
- The provider will take call 4–6 nights per month, plus approximately one weekend per month, sometimes with NP overlap and sometimes not. Weeknight physician calls are variable—ranging from minimal activity to multiple admissions and complex patient calls. Weekends may be busy depending on admission volume and patient complexity. If an NP is also scheduled on weekends, they typically cover symptoms and most nights, with the physician focusing on admissions.
Requirements:
- Active WA License or IMLC and WA DEA (patients are in the southwest WA area within the Portland metro region)
- OR License and OR DEA must be in hand
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- BC/BE in FM or IM (Hospice certification highly preferred; FM/IM candidates must have strong hospice experience)
- BLS Required
