- Up to a .2 FTE
- The Interim Medical Director of Quality, HomeReach Hospice oversees all regulatory aspects of hospice services across system in collaboration with HomeReach, OPG and care site leadership.
- Responsible for ensuring Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation (COP) requirements are met within the program
- Accountable for patient palliation, management of terminal illness, and conditions related to the patients’ terminal illness
