Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Call: 4–6 weeknights per month + approx. 1 weekend per month
Start Date: January 16, 2026
Duration: Ongoing (Long-term coverage)
EMR: Epic
Logistics Covered: Malpractice insurance
Location: OR

Practice Setting: Telehealth Hospice & Palliative Care
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
Guaranteed Hours: 8 hours per day
OT: Applies after 9 hours per day
Patients: Shared panel (Portland census approx. 350 patients across providers)
Support Staff: 1 NP support (overlap varies by shift)
Admissions: Yes (telehealth-based)
Call Type: Beeper call (20–30 minute response time)
Call Coverage: Shared between Portland and Medford
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years)
- Active Oregon medical license & DEA (Required)
- Active Washington medical license & DEA OR IMLC with WA privileges (Required)
- BLS certification
- Background in Hospice & Palliative Medicine strongly preferred
- FM or IM physicians must have significant hospice experience
