Call Details:
- 7 PM – 7 AM: Average 1 call/page
- 7 AM – 7 PM: Average 10 calls/pages
Practice Setting: Inpatient Consults, Outpatient Clinic, Hospice (Home-Based)
EMR: Cerner
Location: Michigan
Dates of Coverage (Intermittent):
- March 3 - 9th
- March 17 - 23rd
- March 31 - April 6th
- April 14 - 20th
- April 28 - May 4th
Details:
Practice Setting:
- Simultaneous coverage and physician oversight of:
- Inpatient Palliative Medicine Consult Service
- Outpatient Palliative Medicine Clinic
- Home-based Hospice Care Service
Patient Volume:
- Average inpatient consult census: 12–18 patients/day
- Patients shared between the physician and APPs
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
- BLS
- Active Michigan license
