🏥 Practice Setting
- 🩺 Inpatient Palliative Medicine Consult Service
- 🏢 Outpatient Palliative Medicine Clinic
- 🏠 Home-Based Hospice Care Service
👥 Patient Volume
- Average inpatient census: 12–18 patients per day
- Patient load is shared between physician and APPs for a balanced workflow
📞 Call Expectations
- 🌙 7 PM – 7 AM: Average of 1 call/page
- ☀️ 7 AM – 7 PM: Average of 10 calls/pages
- EMR: Cerner
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
- BLS Certification
- Active Michigan Medical License
