Inpatient Palliative Consult Service • Outpatient Palliative Medicine Clinic • Home-Based Hospice Care
📅 Schedule & Coverage
✨ 24-hour call — 7-on / 7-off model
🕗 Schedule runs Tuesday 8AM → Tuesday 8AM
🗓 Flexibility may be available for fewer consecutive days
Intermittent Coverage Dates Include:

📌 March 31–April 6
📌 April 14–20
📌 April 28–May 4
💼 Role Overview
You’ll provide simultaneous coverage and physician oversight across:
✔ Inpatient Palliative Consult Service
✔ Outpatient Palliative Medicine Clinic
✔ Home-Based Hospice Care
📊 Census & Call Volumes

🛏 Inpatient census: 12–18 patients per day (shared with APP support)

📞 Average pages/calls: ~10/day & ~1 overnight
