Hospice - Palliative Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 9 Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50

This facility is seeking a Hospice - Palliative Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.


Details and requirements for this opportunity:


· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; call required 4–6 nights per month plus approximately 1 weekend per month

· Practice Setting: Outpatient, Telehealth

· Type of cases and required procedures: Interdisciplinary Team consultations, medication consults, telehealth visits, Care Transition Interventions, admissions, and symptom management during call

· Credentialing timeframe: 0–10 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

· Certifications required: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM), Basic Life Support (BLS)

· Licensure required: Must have active Oregon license, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
