This locum hospice opportunity is seeking two full-time providers to deliver telehealth coverage, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with lunch taken as able during the shift. Providers will take shared call 4–6 nights per month and approximately one weekend per month, with variable call volume that may include admissions, symptom management calls, crisis visits, and GIP admissions, sometimes with NP overlap and sometimes independently. Call responsibilities are shared between two service areas, with an active census of approximately 350 patients. Duties include IDT participation, consultations, medical consults, telehealth visits, and CTIs. Requirements include an active Oregon and Washington medical license and DEA for both states, board certification or true board eligibility within five years of residency, a background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with strong hospice experience (hospice specialty strongly preferred), and current BLS certification.
