Coverage Needed
- Start Date: January 16, 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Call: 4-6 nights a month, plus approximately 1 weekend a month
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Outpatient, Telehealth
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: RN (4-10), PA/NP (1)
- Call Type: Beeper, Call Response Time Required: 20-30 minutes
- Patients Per Shift: Not applicable
- Bed In Department: Not applicable
Requirements
- Active OR license and OR DEA
- Board Certification or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- Board Certification in FM, IM, or Hospice preferred
- BLS Required
- Willingness to work onsite and telehealth
