Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Compensation: $200/hr (1099 Independent Contractor)
License: Active WA and OR medical license
Certifications:
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- Acceptable primary boards:
- Family Medicine (FM)
- Internal Medicine (IM)
- Strong preference for Hospice & Palliative Medicine background
- FM/IM physicians must demonstrate significant hospice experience
- BLS required
Requirements:
- Active Oregon License & OR DEA
- Active Washington License & WA DEA
