An exciting opportunity awaits a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospice and Palliative Care Physician to join a patient-centered healthcare organization in Southern Connecticut. Position Highlights


  • Provide comprehensive inpatient and palliative care services to diverse patient populations.


  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, and specialists.


  • Split focus between hospitalist duties and palliative consultative services.

Candidate Requirements


  • MD or DO from an accredited institution.


  • Board Certified or Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine background preferred).


  • Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure and active DEA registration.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.
