Position Highlights

Provide comprehensive inpatient and palliative care services to diverse patient populations.

Split focus between hospitalist duties and palliative consultative services.

Candidate Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited institution.

Board Certified or Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine background preferred).

Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure and active DEA registration.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.
