Join Hartford HealthCare’s highly respected Palliative Care team in Hartford, Connecticut at a nationally recognized “2024 Top Teaching Hospital” by the Leapfrog Group. You will provide outpatient consultative services in collaboration with a robust group of inpatient and outpatient providers, including our Oncology and Cardiology teams.

Role: 100% Team-based, Outpatient Palliative Medicine

Location: Hartford Hospital, Hartford, CT

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only. Ask about our flexible schedule options!

Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment

Phone Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
