Hospice/Palliative Care Physician – Mountain West Region
Position Details:
- Full-time opportunity for a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with fellowship training in hospice and palliative medicine.
- Work in a team-based environment providing inpatient consultative services and outpatient symptom management.
- Educate patients and families on palliative and hospice care.
- Provide oversight for Advanced Practice Providers and serve as Medical Director for the Hospice Program.
