We are working on an amazing opportunity and looking for physicians in Atlanta, GA who are board-certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. This is an innovative company based out of Nashville, TN and focused on changing the way kidney care is delivered.
*This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.
*Must live in Atlanta and be board-certified and licensed in Georgia
*Must have the ability to conduct patient visits via telehealth and occasionally in person in patients' homes.
