- Seeking BE/BC Palliative Care Physician
Practice Opportunity:
- Build the foundation for our first Palliative Care team in Jackson, with the long-term goal to become one of 9 Palliative Care Leadership Centers
- Initially, our Palliative Care team will consist of:
- 1 Board Certified Palliative Medicine Physician
- 1 Certified Nurse Practitioner
- 1 Dedicated Registered Nurse
- 1 Dedicated Clinical Social Worker
- 1 Dedicated Chaplain
- Participate in expanding to outpatient palliative clinics
- Participate in expanding to palliative home-based setting
- Help develop Palliative Medicine Inpatient Service Policies and Protocols
