Practice Highlights:
- Team physicians share responsibilities providing hospice interdisciplinary group support, direct care for patients in our inpatient hospice units, and supervision of our palliative teams
- Not-for-profit hospice organization
- Hospice cares for an Avg daily census of 600 patients in the area - has four freestanding hospice inpatient units
- Inpatient consult team sees over 200 individual consults per month - outpatient program sees 100 patients per month
