**Palliative Care Opening in GA** -Located in Carrollton, GA. Seeking a board eligible/board certified Palliative Medicine physician to expand our current palliative care service line, by offering outpatient care services to west Georgia and east Alabama. Hospital employed position. **Job Duties & Responsibilities** Join an established collaborative and collegial inpatient palliative care team comprised of one physician, a dedicated full-time registered nurse, and a full-time licensed social worker and help us develop an outpatient program that will enhance and grow the Palliative Care services offered. Function as a program builder by overseeing the design & implementation of an outpatient palliative care clinic. Must demonstrate a proven ability to build collaborative relationships and provide education to colleagues, patients, and family members by possessing exceptional communication skills. Experience practicing Palliative Medicine in an ambulatory or acute care hospital setting with program management experience preferred. **Job Eligibility Requirements:** Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care through American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Completion of an accredited Palliative Medicine Fellowship. Current GA Medical License or must meet eligibility requirements. **Schedule:** Outpatient Palliative Medicine clinic responsibilities; Monday - Friday (5 days/40 hours per week).
