About Lower Cape Fear LifeCare:

Lower Cape Fear LifeCare is a nonprofit organization that provides hospice and palliative care services to patients and families in southeastern North Carolina. The agency has been in operation for over 40 years and has a strong reputation for providing high-quality care. LCFL's philosophy is rooted in the "Morgan Way," which is an internal system of beliefs stemming from the idea that every patient is an individual, and that their care should be tailored to their specific needs. We take the time to listen to each patient's story, and to understand their goals for care. We also work closely with their families and loved ones to ensure that they are involved in the care process.

Our C Suite Executives are supported not only internally by fellow directors, but by administration and the financial sector as well. If your ideal career path includes governance over a community that truly cares, then this is the perfect job for you. Submit your application and lets discuss how you can become an integral part of LCFL's continued story.
