- Clinical Role:
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Hospice and Palliative Care physician
- M - F 8a - 5p
- No weekend rounding, phone call after hours
- Established hospice office with onsite director
- Work alongside a social worker and bereavement coordinator
- Collaborate with the hospital’s inpatient team to ensure continuity of care
- Supported by the region’s largest cardiology, oncology, and pulmonary groups
- Program provides detailed services throughout the county
