The Position:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Board Certified in Primary Care with previous Geriatric or Hospice experience.
- Palliative Care teams consist of 3 Full-Time Physicians, 12 total physicians
- Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Estimated call requirements include a rotating schedule:1 week every 12 weeks. (1 week every 3 months)
