About the Job:
Seeking a Hepatologist to join a Division of Gastroenterology
Full-time, permanent position
The division is comprised of 23 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers all committed to providing compassionate, high quality, patient focused care.
Providers see approximately 20,000 outpatients per year for a wide variety of GI and liver related problems including regionally recognized care in inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease, nutrition, biliary tract disorders, diseases of the pancreas, colon cancer, and gastrointestinal motility disorders.
Physicians also perform approximately 20,000 endoscopy procedures annually.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients with liver disease, including pre- and post- liver transplant care.
This role involves both inpatient and outpatient care, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and participation in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Education and Experience
BC/BE, Gastroenterology fellowship trained
Transplant Hepatology fellowship training is desired, but not required
