A California multispecialty organization needs another hematologist-oncologist to join others. This position offers signing bonus and relocation assistance. Become and stay busy from day 1, and take over a built-in and existing patient base. The ideal specialist is someone who graduated from a reputable program with knowledge, compassion, and the ability to work with the staff and accepts our department culture. Also required is someone with above average hematology-oncology clinical skills. The percentage of hematology in this position is 30 to 40%. There is an infusion center on-site and a GS in the group. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Support services for families include: cancer counseling, nurse navigation, genetic counseling. Call volume is generally low: consults, phone advice, reviewing urgent lab results. Will do hospital consults. The group has all the latest technology available in treating and testing all kinds of Oncology cases and procedures. They welcome board certified and board eligible candidates.
