A new practice is being set up in Florida under the umbrella of an established network. They are hiring a med-onc to start and will and a hem-onc to the practice as it grows. The incoming physician will have the autonomy to set up the practice to their liking and will have a full staff support. Choose a 5-day work week, or set up 4 day, 10-hour shift schedule. The call will be 1:4 and be shared with other oncologist in the network to start.

This hospital-employed opportunity has a generous compensation package. You will be offered malpractice with tail coverage available, full medical benefits package for physician and family, life insurance/disability, 6 weeks of PTO, 1 week of CME and a $5K stipend, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with matching. They qualify for PSLF.
