A new hematologist-oncologist opportunity is now available in Minnesota at an independent multi-specialty clinic. They are looking for a third physician to join the group that would be do outreach 1 day a week. The entire workweek will be 4.5 days with a 1:3 call rotation that will be mostly phone-only. They have dedicated IM hospitalists who handle most of the inpatient volume, unless the oncologist prefers to round on their own patients. There is also two mid-levels at the cancer center. Candidates must have clear and concise communication skills.

This position offers a base guarantee with the option to earn production compensation above that if produced. You will also receive malpractice with tail coverage, medical/dental/vision benefits, generous PTO, CME reimbursement, 3 retirement plans, and relocation assistance. They also pay for license, DEA, professional associations, and membership dues.
