Hematology/Oncology (MD/DO) – Providence Seaside Oncology, Seaside, OR (Outpatient clinic only, no call)
Schedule: 3–4 days/week (Tuesday–Friday preferred but flexible), 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, ongoing need
Requirements: BC, DEA, BLS; active Oregon license or willing to obtain (Providence is now accepting providers who need an OR license)
Practice: Integrated infusion center with experienced NPs/RNs, on-site social work, dietitian, palliative care, oncology navigator, newly remodeled clinic
Clinic Setup: 9 infusion chairs, 4 exam rooms, dedicated oncology nurse manager, high staff satisfaction, very low turnover
Preferred Experience: Bone marrow biopsies
