  • Practice in a mission-driven organization known for compassionate, whole-person care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive hematology oncology care for patients with leukemia, MDS, myeloproliferative disorders, and non-malignant blood disorders
  • Partner with patients and families using a holistic, relationship-based approach that emphasizes understanding patient goals and priorities
  • Deliver clear, thorough education so patients can confidently understand their diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options
  • Guide patients through the complex and evolving treatment landscape, including standard therapies and emerging options
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality initiatives, clinical program development, and continuous improvement efforts within PSCI
  • Contribute to a culture of collegiality, professionalism, and clinical excellence
