Job description
Seeking a Board-Certified Inpatient Hematologist with malignant hematology experience to join AHCI in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 6-month locum tenens assignment starting September 26, 2025, with the option for permanent placement. Role includes scheduled inpatient care and on-call coverage. Emergency credentialing available for clean files.
Job Responsibilities
Manage patient admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
Collaborate with APPs during daytime hours
Cover evening and weekend call
Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
Qualifications
Board Certified in Hematology
Minimum 2 years of post-training clinical experience
Proven expertise in malignant hematology
Able to obtain emergency privileges if needed
Working Hours
Evening and weekend call coverage required
Skills
Malignant hematology management
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently during call shifts
