Position Highlights:

• Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing

• Preferred Schedule: Rounding 7:00 a.m. Monday – 7:00 a.m. Monday, with one week of call per month and afternoon clinic on Tuesday and Thursday.

• Worksite Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

• Scope of Work: Inpatient: 12-15 patients per day; Outpatient: 20 patients per day

• ‍ Support Staff: 4 RNs, 3.5 MAs

• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license, Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology, DEA

• EMR: Epic

• Pay Rate Preferred: $260-280 per hour
