Provide care to an inviting community in an almost purely outpatient setting. 8- 10 patients per day. Growing FQHC engages in quality improvement and has received multiple blue ribbons and designation as a preferred provider. New dedicated cancer center with Nursing support. This small town is located in the northeastern part of the state, just outside of a national wildlife refuge park offering trails for hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. And also provides direct access to an interconnected 1,600 mile snowmobile trail system.
