– Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties

– No inpatient oncology
– Tenured nursing and support staff, scribes
– 4-day work week

– Provider can live in Champaign, if desired

Compensation:

– 625K Salary
– 75K Sign on
– 60K Retention (20K per year over 3 years)
– Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan – Completely independent from your contributions
o Hospital contributes $30,000 per year for years 1-5
o Hospital contributes $60,000 per year, ongoing, after year 6
– 30 Days PTO
– Additional 403b with 4 percent match
– 10K Relocation
– $3,300 CE allowance
