JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active NC License
- Board: BC/BE in Hematology or Oncology
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Hematology/Oncology
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive care in an ambulatory Hematology/Oncology clinic, including follow-ups and new patient consultations.
- Focus on benign hematology, managing a patient panel with 60-65% hematology cases.
- Write orders and prescriptions, and communicate effectively with the pharmacy.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, navigators, APPs, and infusion specialists.
- Maintain proficiency in EPIC EMR system and adhere to hospital credentialing and compliance requirements.
