Hematology/Oncology Physician | Findlay, OH | $550K Base + $155K Bonus Package | 4 Clinic Days ~ AD

Med Ninjas is recruiting a board-certified or truly board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist for a permanent, hospital-employed position in Findlay, Northwest Ohio. The role offers a $550,000 guaranteed base, an uncapped wRVU model, four clinic days plus one remote administrative day, and 1:4 inpatient call.

Compensation & Benefits

• $550,000 guaranteed base salary

• $55,000 signing bonus plus $100,000 student loan support

You Must Have

• Board certification, or true board eligibility within five years, in BOTH Hematology and Medical Oncology

• Ohio medical license, or willingness to obtain

• NPDB self-query pulled within the last 30 days

• This role does not accept locums or locums-to-perm candidates
