### **Overview:**
* Lead Cancer Research and Clinical Innovation across a regional cancer program serving Northeast Wisconsin
* Provide physician leadership and strategic direction for the continued development of the Cancer Research program
* Maintain a meaningful clinical practice aligned with the physician’s specialty expertise and professional interests
* Develop and expand a balanced portfolio of clinical trials, including cooperative group, industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated research
* Expand patient access to clinical trials and innovative cancer therapies while improving trial accrual and research performance
* Strengthen integration of clinical research into everyday cancer care
* Partner with an academic Cancer Center to expand research, educational and translational opportunities
* Mentor physicians and investigators interested in clinical research, scholarly activity and leadership development
* Build sustainable research infrastructure, systems and partnerships to support long-term program growth
* Collaborate with physicians, APPs, research professionals, operational leaders and academic partners
* Represent the regional Cancer program in enterprise, academic and national research forums
* Comprehensive Cancer services include Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Chemotherapy, Diagnostic Imaging, Genetic Counseling, Palliative Care, Integrative Medicine, Behavioral Health, Cancer Navigation and Research
